How to Use the Hotline
Call toll-free 1-877-LAR-HELP (877-527-4357) to be connected to a Sandostatin LAR® Depot reimbursement specialist. Reimbursement specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Eastern time. If a specialist is unavailable at the time of your call, you will be asked to leave your name and telephone number. All calls are returned within 1 business day.
A reimbursement specialist can help verify the coverage for these insurers:
- Commercial insurance (e.g., Blue Cross®/Blue Shield®, Oxford Health Plans®)
- Medicare
- Medicaid
Please have the following information available when you call:
- Your name, address, and best phone number to contact you
- The name, address, and phone number of your insurer
- Your policy number, group number, employer name, and date of birth
